The event will be held in English, but with a simultaneous translation to Spanish.

Refunds will be granted for cancellations received 15 days prior to the event, minus 10% for costs. Cancellations made within 10 days will get 50% refund. Once the event has begun, no refunds will be accepted, but a substitute participant from the same company can attend in their place.
